Different Teas

1. White Tea

White is produced really limited in Sri Lanka and China. The Special thing about White Tea is that the new buds are plucked before they open and allowed to dry. The buds have an silvery appereance. The produce a very pale, strwa-coloured tea with a finde, aromatic and mild charakter. It is used to be the Tea for Chines Employer. It is rare in Europe and really high priced.

2. Black Tea

The flavor of the Tea is the result of which region it comes and how the processing was made.
The leaves are plucked, washed, rolled and dried. From there they may find themselves partially ground into a tea bag or sold more or less whole. One of the most famous black Teas is the Earl grey, which is a sweet, perfumery bledn that gets its taste from the small of bergament oil.

3. Herbal Tea

As I already said, Herbal Tea is not real Tea because its not made by the acutual Tea Plant. Basically its a infusion of one or multiple herbs and/or spices. The are more healthy then other Teas because they dont't contain caffeine but minerals and vitamins instead. Best known herbal Teas are camomile, nettle and mint infusions.

4. Roiboss Tea

Roiboss Tea is made from the leaf and bark of a South African bush. Rooibos is choped, fermented and after max 24 it turns into red-brown colour. After that it dries. The taste is fresh-fruity and the same as in herbal Tea, but there is no coffeine in it.
