Long stressful days, bad news, lack of exerciece, too heavy food that is high in fat and suger but low in fibre can all take its toll. TEa can be an option to take a break and catch your breath, but it can also mainly help to heart health and a part of your healthy diet and lifestyle.

That Tea can Help your heart health is acually true and based on studies from all around the world. They are finding that the some of the ingriedients in Tea may help towards maintaining a healthy heart. A national study of 1,746 woman in Saudi Arabia showed that tea drinkers are 19% less likely to suffer from cardiovascular disease that the other non-tea drinkers. Same in Holland where 806 men who consumed the biggest amount of catchensis ( a type of flavonoid) where less likely to die from a heart disease than the non-tea-drinkers.

There is still more research coming up to point that tea is a healthy option for your lifestyle.
